Well, on a serious note, if you have a restaurant franchise France that try to offer customers with some lip smacking delicious food items, I can help you add another appetizing item to the list. Try out the Creme brulee recipe and entice your customers for a revisit. It’s easy to prepare but awesome to eat. Let’s take a look:

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla/ Chocolate essence
  • Caster sugar
  • Egg yolks
  • Thick cream whipped up
  • Brown coarse sugar

Preparation

Take a pan and heat the cream lightly and mix it with the vanilla or chocolate essence of your choice. Now whisk in the egg yolks along with the caster sugar and stir all well. Gently pour in the crème as you keep stirring to avoid any formation of lumps.

Now divide the mixture in two divisions and put it in small roasting dishes. Pour water on it until it is 2/3rd dipped. At the same time, make sure that the roasting dish does not get drowned completely in water. Preheat an oven for about 30 minutes and put the ramekin dish in it. Take it out and allow it to cool down naturally or by putting it in the freezer.

Now add a thick layer of coarse brown sugar on top of the pudding and put it in high grill so that the sugar gets melted properly and you get to enjoy a hard crust, which makes the pudding more delectable.

Have it hot and fresh with a crunchy top and you will surely feel heavenly bliss.  Add it to the menu of your restaurant franchise France and watch your customers getting lost in the soft pudding layers.
