Ingredient

  • Eggs- 2-3
  • Elbow shaped macaroni- One packet
  • Celery – well chopped
  • Boiled Ham/ chicken (as per your wish)
  • Onion- chopped
  • Tomatoes- sliced
  • Lemon juice- 2-3 Drops
  • Mayonnaise- 2/3 cup
  • Salt- for taste
  • Sugar- for taste
  • Oil- 2 teaspoon
  • Ketchup- 1/3 cup
  • Pepper- 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder- 1 tea spoon

Preparation

  • Boil the macaroni in a bowl and drain off the water. Run cold water over it.
  • Boil the eggs hard and peel them properly. Now cut the eggs in small pieces (cubes).
  • Now place the macaroni in a clean bowl. Add the tomatoes, onions, meat, egg pieces and a little salt together.
  • In another bowl, mix the chilli powder, pepper, ketchup and mayonnaise together to make a batter.
  • Pour this batter on the macaroni and toss together. Add drops of lemon juice to it.
  • Put in the refrigerator for sometimes and chill it. Serve.

Now sauté in the chilies, fish sauce, chopped onions and peas in it and stir for 30 seconds. Mix all uniformly for better taste.

Now add the chicken broth in it so that the chickens get dipped in it completely. Let it to cook for some time. When the chicken gets soft and tender, add some coriander leaves.
